Over 1200 people attended the Family Fun Peel Police Div 11&12 Open House on Sunday June 23rd.
The Rotary Club of Mississauga, Peace and Environment Committee is honoured to be a community partner of the Peel Regional Police.
Superintendent Joshua Colley stopped by the BBQ tent to thank the 9 Rotarians for doing an amazing job managing the busiest venue, offering free hotdogs, chips and water for all attendees. Special thanks to Moya and Keith MacKinnon for manning the BBQ and Rotarians Janette, Kathi, Tim, Lynn, Zoheir, Lorraine and husband Jim for everyone’s herculean efforts to keep all the families fed and happy.
Councillors Steve Dasko, Martin Reid, Chris Fonseca and Imran Hassan, SafeCity were also in attendance to thank the men and women in blue for their tireless work, keeping our city safe.
