This Week's Speaker
For those of you who couldn't make it to this week's lunch, you missed a great speaker. Our own Julie Grabb spoke to the club about Amazon Shopping.  She spoke about the ins and outs and what you have to be aware of. The three tips I got out of this Presentation was there may be a better price at the retail level like on Boxing day or Black Friday. There may be a better price if you hit the notation below the price which states "New or Used". One example Julie used was an article that you could pick up for 22.50  if you clicked the New or Used list there could be 10 - 20 sellers of the same article at different prices. In that case, it is important to pay attention to the delivery date.  The third tip was to check out if Amazon was delivering it or if the re-seller was shipping it. There were tons of questions which was why Julie went over the time, but I heard no complaints about doing so.
This weeks toast was to all the Rotarians that made a difference in your life!  If they are still alive pick up the phone and let them know.
